Eulogies

The news of the death of this great icon left me very sober.
However, I take solace in the fact that his life gave meaning to many lives.
May God grant his soul eternal rest, Amen.

I felt very sorry as I heard,Mr Moller,has passed away.I met him only once when
he came around our terminal in Algeciras (Spain),but enough to say when I shaked
his hand and met his lovely and penetrating gaze that he was such a great man,
showing his greatness by the way he treated all of us and his deep respect for each individual.
I am proud and happy for my 26 years working for the STAR,and also I am sure a
new Star is gleaming from Heaven.
Me and my family give thanks to our LORD for him,and receive our blessings for
his whole family.

Jag har haft glädjen att träffa herr Möller ett flertal gånger och det har alltid varit en stor och givande upplevelse.

It is with deepest respect and humbleness that I convey my condolences to ALL Maersk Family and Employees.

Based in Suth Africa, tho never employed with Maersk, but thru association, I have greatest respect for the Maersk stature in the container , breakbulk and roro industries.

I wish that all whom have touched the honourable Maersk MC-Kinney Moller, one of the great father's and pioneer in our shipping industry, will hold and cherish and uphold their experinces and learnings and muster a forthright and courageous path for the future of the industry.

There are not many businessmen on this earth, who are raising their business with so much sense of responsibility, who are trading with honesty and lastingness, like Mr. Mc Kinney Møller did.
He was a great example of a sovereign, wise and sincerely president, who never misused his power for his very own profit.
May he receive our lords reward for his righteously deeds, and inherit his place in paradise!
